Temporary HR Adviser

up to £20.67 an hour

(dependant on experience and skills)

We are looking for a skilled and proficient HR Adviser to support our friendly team during a busy 6-month period February - July 2023.

Hours can be flexible and part time and can fit in with caring responsibilities but must be worked in college.

You will have experience of managing organisational change initiatives and employee relations cases. You will need to be an HR generalist with a strong background in supporting managers. Ideally you will have experience of working in education or the public sector.

You will need to have a flexible and proactive approach, working in response to multiple and competing demands with an ability to instil confidence with managers and staff of all levels, building effective working relations is essential.

You will also be an excellent communicator and influencer with a strong customer focused approach, who can think creatively, to adapt their professional HR knowledge and experience to the College.

We are able to offer you the facilities of a college campus set in 7 acres of green belt in a peaceful setting.

The College has excellent transport links, is set in a location convenient to London and the Southeast, and offers a large free on-site car park.
