Who are we looking for?
Silverbear is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Change Consultant with a passion for customer focus and delivery.

As a Change Request Consultant, you will be supporting the Change Request Manager with management and delivery of the change requestfunction.

Drawing on your experience, you will lead, coordinate, manage and deliver the activities that will enable the business to provide high-quality products and services to new and existing clients.

By supporting the Delivery Team and Change Requeststo ensure the (functional and technical) change requests are delivered to high quality, in a timely fashion, with effective financial management.


Must-haves

  • Experience across 1st, 2nd and 3rd line IT
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Support and collaborative manner
