Balhousie Glazing installs windows, doors & conservatories throughout Perth, Dundee. Falkirk, Stirling and surrounding areas.We are looking for an organised administrator to undertake general office administration duties.
Responsibilities
- Call handling be the first point of contact dealing with telephone calls
- Handle all telephone enquiries from customers, suppliers, staff and direct them to the correct department
- Provide admin support to management and other office staff
- Maintain various databases to support and improve business and office functions
- Schedule installation appointments
- Support and carry out any other ad hoc admin duties as and when required.
Essential Skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good telephone manner with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel proficient
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Desire to make positive impact at work e.g. suggesting process improvement, offering to help others.
Successful applicants will ideally have previous administration experience within an office environment however we are willing to take on a young person/school leaver if they show commitment, character and an interest in the business.
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary:
Up to £11.00 per hour
