Grafton Banks Finance is pleased to be working with a growing SME business in Aylesford with their recruitment of a Finance Manager.

This role will take ownership of the finance function (reporting in to the MD) and lead a team of 5.


The role will involve the following responsibilities:

  • Budgets and Financial Reports
  • Management Accounts
  • Cash Flow Forecasts
  • Month End Reporting


  • Stats

  • Business Performance
  • Exchange Rate analysis
  • VAT Returns
  • Payroll (in conjunction with external payroll company)
  • Annual Audit (in conjunction with external accountants)
To be suitable for this position your profile will be similar to the following:

  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified or qualified by experience.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience automating and improving processes.
  • Experience supervising or managing staff.
  • Strong communicator and able to build strong relationships with colleagues outside of finance.
This role will pay £45,000 - £50,000 + benefits and is site based, Monday-Friday.
