The Mortgage Administrator Role


As the Mortgage Administrator for a Wealth Management company your role will be supporting the mortgage advisors with their administration.

As you know, excellent administration is all about being organised, having a keen attention to detail, the ability to question and clarify the facts and communicate effectively with a broad range of people.

As the main point of contact for any questions or concerns, it is important that you update the system with any new information, have exceptional communication skills and the tenacity to chase lenders, solicitors, and clients.

Checking, clarifying, and confirming at each stage of the process.

You'll have the opportunity to progress your career within this company, taking on a more managerial role with the administration academy, becoming an invaluable part of the company and its future success.


The Mortgage Administrator Package

  • Office Based
  • Hours: 9am 5:30pm
  • Basic Salary: Up to £24k Depending on experience
  • Holidays per year 29 including bank holidays
  • Annual Pay reviews
  • Pension contribution (After 3 months)
