Experienced Letting Manager For Property Maintenance Role
We are seeking a Lettings Manager with experience in Property Maintenance to join our expanding Lettings team.

Responsibilities will include:

Dealing with all maintenance issues - Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors accordingly and keeping all parties updated

Issuing works orders and invoices onto the system, and carrying out inspections on our managed properties.

Provide landlord feedback

Organise relevant pre-tenancy cleaning/maintenance inventories with preferred contractors.

Ensuring property files on database are up to date

Ensuring property visits (inspections) are up to date

Booking Viewings

Help carry out viewings when necessary

Book Inventories with preferred contractors

In addition, you will be able to demonstrate:

Strong administrative and IT skills
The ability to work as part of a successful team
Superb organisation and communication skills

Salary:
£24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
