A leading FMCG manufacturing business in Oldham is currently seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team on the night shift.

The purpose of this role is to lead a team of Production Operatives to maximise the quality, service and efficiency of the production line at all times.


Nights:

Monday to Thursday, 9pm - 6am
Friday, 7pm-3am
40.25 hours per week

£12.80 per hour pay rate


Based:
Oldham


This is a highly successful and well established business who continue to grow, and as such this role has the opportunity for progression to Section Manager in the future.


You will have experience of leading or supervising a team, Ideally with some manufacturing experience BUT we will consider any distribution or manufacturing backgrounds as full comprehensive training is given.


Summary of core responsibilities:


  • Promote effective working relationships


  • Maintain company standards

  • Hygiene & quality
  • Responsible for ensuring all relevant paperwork is accurately completed
  • Report Health and Safety issues and follow up when required.
  • Prepare and conduct regular audits
  • Ensure adequate skills are available and maintained
  • Must drive line efficiency's and continually improve waste
