Contract:
NSG Business Support, Full Time, Term Time only


Hours:35 hours per week including weekends and weekend work**
Pension: NEST Pension

About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Catering Supervisor.


The Catering Supervisor will report directly to the Catering and Events Operations Manager and be responsible for the co-ordination, ordering of goods, preparation, cooking, delivery, and presentation of all meals for service.

35 hours 38 weeks post > From £18,073 - £19,737 per annum (actual salary):


  • 35 hours 36 weeks post > From £17,124
  • £18,701 per annum (actual salary)
  • The Catering Supervisor will report directly to the Catering and Events Operations Manager and be responsible for the coordination, ordering of goods, preparation, cooking, delivery, and presentation of all meals for service.
  • Current and relevant experience as a supervisor or similar role, within the catering industry.
  • To have knowledge of the minimum requirements for Health & Food Safety under current legislation, including HACCP control, Allergen legislation, and basic overall working safely knowledge.
  • Be able to demonstrate knowledge relating to all general aspects of catering and hospitality operations.
  • To have advanced skills in Food Preparation / Service to a high, efficient standard.
  • Proficient time management skills to ensure that all business needs are achieved
  • To be confident in your ability to give and receive instruction / training
