An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Export team, just off the M4, J18 near Dyrham.

We are looking for a pro-active, flexible team player to help maintain efficient operations within the team, where you will work as part of a team sending our lovely British cheeses and fine foods to Europe and countries around the world.

SCOPE:
Working within the export team, main responsibility will be all aspects of export sales processing for all Export markets.


Key responsibilities:


  • Take receipt of, process and despatch export orders in a timely manner, which include generating the required Export paperwork (i.e. Health Certificates/Agrex/ Certificate of Origin / Invoices/ Customs Invoice/ Packing List, etc.).
  • Liaise with the buying team to ensure the orders are placed with the suppliers and update the Export Order Schedule
  • Booking appointments with the Veterinary Clinic for the Health certificate inspection of the orders
  • Liaising with the Export Fulfilment Operative, Cheese Room and Warehouse to help when needed and ensuring all the orders are processed correctly and in an efficient manner
  • Liaise with all the relevant transport companies (freight forwarders, shipping agent, etc.) involved in each order
  • Arrange and process returns and credit notes when necessary
  • Liaise with the technical department regarding product information
  • Set up New Accounts on our ERP & CRM systems
  • Help with the organisation of Overseas Trade shows (i.e. stock, logistics, marketing material, export paperwork)
  • To take and process calls relating to Mail Order when all other lines are busy and help packing the Mail Orders whenever necessary

Person Specification:


  • Full Driving Licence (remote location, no public transport links)
  • Language: Fluent in English
  • Essential, any other language is an advantage

Skills and knowledge:


  • Acute attention to detail

Salary:
£23,859.00-£25,000.00 per year
