Purpose of Position


As a Global Customer Support Assistant, you will be working closely with Micro-SMEs and start-ups in the Spanish market at the most exciting and innovative affiliate marketing network.

You will also provide the first line of support to some of the emerging Advertisers on the network and provide help on how they can make their programme a success.

Awin is passionate about developing people and progressing staff in the business.

The Global Customer Support Assistant will receive training and hands-on experience that will equip them to be a highly valued member of an online and affiliate marketing team.

On successful completion of the placement year and degree, Awin is keen to retain talented interns and progress them in the business.


Key Tasks

  • Provide daily support for our small businesses
  • Manage bounced direct debit processes
  • Assist with closing off account when required
  • Provide valuable feedback to senior members of staff on pain points to help us streamline our offering
  • Attend industry events when required and network with clients

Skills & Expertise

  • Fluent Spanish and English speaker
  • General understanding of affiliate marketing or real interest in the industry.
  • Exude a friendly and professional manner with confidence working with people at all levels and when communicating directly with clients.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be highly organised and able to juggle several tasks simultaneously
  • Have impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent computer literacy including MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
