Description

Field Sales Manager, Security Services/Access Control. Up to £45,000 Basic + £75,000 realistic OTE + company car or car allowance + benefits. This is an opportunity to join a UK market leading supplier of electrical, fire and high-tech security servicesin a Field Sales role covering the North West.

This is a varied role where you will manage the full sales cycle, client facing, closing deals and managing relationships of key accounts.

This organisation has a long-term history of success, in many industries, from major retailers to large facility managementcompanies to housing associations, no two days are the same.

On board training will be provided; including all training on products and services in the UK. The opportunities for progression and increasing earning potential, are both extremely generous.

Perhaps you are a Business Development Manager who is perhaps frustrated by a lack of autonomy or lack of ability to demonstrate your commercial creativity and entrepreneurship in your current role.

You will be both attaining new business (supported by the companies' marketing team) as well as looking after and revitalising established accounts.

Above all you will be a dynamic achiever, you will be a consummate professional that is well presented and possessing superb communication skills, both written and verbal.

With full P&L responsibility you will be given the support, training and leadership to ensure great success and job satisfaction.
