Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be supporting a nationwide, technical facilities services organisation with the recruitment of a Regional HR Business Partner supporting the South East (London and below)


Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will provide full HR Generalist support for the South East region from London down to Sussex.

This is expected to be around a 50/50 split of home and site however you will also be exited to attend sites where necessary.


As the HRBP for the South Eastern region you will be responsible for all things HR, this will include Recruitment, Employee Relations, Restructures and much more.

You will be required to build strong, long lasting relationships with key stakeholders acrosseach of your sites.

The business unit for your area will consist of around 800 employees split across permanent and contracting staff.


You will have/need:

  • A full HR generalist background with experience in restructures, ER, Recruitment, Talent etc
  • Previous experience in a true HRBP role in a large commercial organisation
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • A strong mix of Operational and Strategic HR Experience
  • A good understanding of Change Management
  • Excellent knowledge of ER, UK Employment law and HR Policies/Procedures
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Ideally CIPD Qualified (Level 5 and above)


As mentioned previously, this role does offer a level of Hybrid working around a 50/50 split, however travel to sites as and when needed is required and will be managed by yourself accordingly.

There are a choice of base locations available depending onyour location.


The salary on offer for this role is between £60,000 - £70,000 per annum (DOE) plus Bonus and Car Allowance.
