We are currently seeking an expert individual to join this team in the role of Equities Exotics Valuation Controller.In this role, you will:
- The Global Valuations and Analytics Group is part of Global Product Control and undertakes four main activities: Valuations, Global Valuation Reporting, Quantitative Analysis and Quantitative Infrastructure Development;
- Reporting locally and functionally into the Head of Equities Valuations Europe, you will support the global Equity valuation team focusing on design and operation of exotics equities controls and requires a highly skilled technical valuations individual;
- The Equity business activity is developing fast and there is a need to maintain this position within the global Equity team to support it;
- Valuation activity covers all Independent Price Verification (IPV), Fair Value Adjustments (FVA) and Prudent Valuation Adjustments (PVA) processes across businesses, including the US and Asia regions.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Strong quantitative and Analytical background;
- Market Structured derivative knowledge in Equity or any other asset classes;
- Experience of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders (at all levels of seniority).
