Due to expansion and solid growth we are currently looking to recruit a specialist butcher


The Role:

• As a butcher you will be working with your Kitchen Porter who will support the prep, pot washing and clearing down. You are responsible for ensuring the Kitchen is kept to the highest of standards at all times. Whilst meeting all current and future health & hygiene regulations.

You will also have the full support of Catering Managers who are working throughout the country to ensure you have good suppliers and kitchen facilities.

Salary:
From £26,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 2NH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
• Chefs: 1 year (preferred)
