Michelle Denny Recruitment is working alongside the owner of a group of three restaurant pubs, based near Diss and in the heart of Norwich city centre.

We're looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the operations of these new establishments.

Salary for this full time and permanent position is in the region of £30,000pa and comes with a strong set of benefits and company car.

You'll be working across the three sites, ensuring the delivery of exceptional front of house services, providing leadership of team to achieve business objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction.

The role will include:

Directing front of house team; coaching, motivating and developing their skills and of course, building a happy, collaborative team and fun atmosphere
Stock control
Creation and coordinating of staff rotas and time sheets
Delivery of quality standards in both service and H&S compliance
Development of inhouse processes and procedures
Ensure customer satisfaction by quickly resolving any issues
Facilitate efficient communication between front and back of house
Ensure customers receives a warm welcome and that service runs smoothly
Hire and train FOH staff with regular team updates
Working alongside the owner; discussing the business' overview and reporting of financials

Experience & skills:

Experience within a supervisory / management role within hospitality
Clear and supportive communication skills with a positive, peoplecentred approach
Commercially minded with an eye for detail
A passion for providing a great customer experience and working environment for both patrons and staff
