Opus Education are looking for a SEND Teacher for the North Bristol area to provide Teaching for young children with SEND and other additional needs.
We are looking for a Teacher with a genuine passion for transforming the lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners.
We are looking for qualified teachers who are eager to work with a small group of children and young people with a variety of learning needs, in a creative, flexible, holistic, and trauma-informed manner, to raise their engagement and drastically improve theoutlook of their educational journey.
What we can offer you:
The role will be paid to scale £131£213 per day (constituted of a base rate % holiday pay)
Extensive CPD and up skilling opportunities, including access to the full Tes CPD suite while working with us
A Support Team dedicated to keeping a team around the child, and ensuring that every placement is a success for the young person and you
Requirements:
Professional Teaching Qualifications (Qualified Teacher Status / QTLS)
Experience working with young people with Additional Educational Needs
Experience, knowledge and understanding of safeguarding processes
Enhanced DBS on the update service
