We are currently looking for a IT support Engineer to join our client in the heart of Leeds who are one of the fastest growing contect agencies in the UK.

The bulk of your work will be providing local and remote support from the Leeds office,but you may also be expected to on occasion visit other company sites, or work from home.

This will be supporting users within the business either remotely or deskside.

Ideally you will have worked in a support environment before.

Able to build and support desktops, laptops and install and maintain software packages

excellent interpersonal, team-working and customer service skills; be self-motivated, able to handle a varied workload, require mínimal supervision and have a "can do" attitude.

You will also have excellent verbal and communication skills.

You will have the necessary drive to seek out and learn new skills that always ensures you can meet the company needs as it grows.

Working in a creative, photographic or CGI environment
New user onboarding/creation
Desktop/laptop builds
Maintaining and instilling a high level of security
Prior experience of network printers/troubleshooting etc
Desktop/laptop support for OSX and Windows
Experience with remote support, software
Ability to deal with employees of all skill levels in a helpful courteous manner
Knowledge of Microsoft office 365 based products
Active Directory
Understanding of key aspects of daytoday networking
GDPR
Record keeping

Requirements Full driving licence, no more than three penalty points and vehicle
