Recruitment Business Partner - Tech, Digital & Data|Leading Omnichannel Brand|Watford (1-2 days in the office) | Up to £55k + package

In this role you'll be

A true business partner up to Csuite level across IT, Digital & Data and recruiting for any roles that come up (circa roles a year)
Build solid hiring strategies and consult internally to manage expectations around timescales and the market as you see it
Collaborate with the wider HR team using your market knowledge to help shape their people plan
Help drive their diversity & inclusion agenda and ensure inclusion is part of everything you do from shortlisting to onboarding
Taking a "direct first" mentality wherever possible, but balancing this with well kept 3rd party relationships

Ideally you'll be someone who

Has 5 years+ recruitment experience
Sees their role as more than just "filling jobs". Experience of tech recruitment would be helpful, but not a necessity
Has a natural curiosity around using data to help inform your strategy or influence your stakeholders
Can travel to our clients head office in Watford 12 days a week
