Job Title:
Waking Night Support Worker

Responsibilities:

Provide support and assistance to individuals with Learning Disabilities and Dementia
Assist clients with tasks such as personal hygiene and medication management
Monitor and document clients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the shift leader
Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy and compassion for individuals with disabilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Patience and resilience in dealing with challenging situations
Basic computer skills for documentation purposes

Note:
Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
