Job Overview
Main Duties
- Supporting significant M&A including onboarding of newly acquired businesses
- Implement Group reporting process improvements
- Production of year end statutory financial statements for the Group and individual entities
- Liaising with the Group's external auditors
- Assist with the Group monthly reforecasting process
- Producing reports to include the consolidation of monthly management accounts and cash flow forecasts
- Supporting the production of MI and reporting to investors
- Analysing and presenting Group financial information
- Compliance / Internal control / Audit
- Overseeing and resolving account reconciliation
- Ensuring financial controls align with the Group standards
Person Specification
- ACA/ACCA Qualified
- Practice Trained
- PE experience is highly advantageous
- Proactive and eager to introduce new ideas
- Ambitious
- Agile with the ability to adapt to different scenarios
