Alongside veterinary practices, we also operate pet crematoria, laboratories, a distribution centre, an online business and buying groups.

We're currently seeking a Finance Assistant to support the Finance team with the Group's management accounting processes and procedures

This will include:

Supporting the Management Accounts team in the preparation of monthly management accounts;
Preparing calculations and posting accruals, prepayments and recharges;
Reconciling nominal ledger accounts as assigned by the Management Accountant
Completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations;
Seeking continuous development and improvement in processes;
Responding to and resolving queries from the Group.

Key skills required include:

Intermediate Excel skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Willingness to learn
Excellent organisational skills
