Full Job Description
Washstation are a rapidly growing Managed Laundry Services provider with 300 sites across the UK. The customer service team keeps our users supported 24/7, 365 days per year. Reporting to the Operations Manager, our customer service team provide excellent customer support through both phone and messaging channels.

We are looking for experienced part time customer service representatives to join our team, primarily to cover evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Hence, we need people who are relatively flexible and confident working alone. There will be a regular work rota, which will be set 3 months in advance.

The successful applicant MUST be able to travel to Stratford-Upon-Avon for training and also for frequent keep in touch sessions

The main purpose of the job:

To implement and uphold our customer service functions;
Use backoffice systems to investigate, identify and resolve user issues, including machine management systems and payment systems
Ensure all inbound communication is responded to as close to immediately, and in any case within 24 hours
Process and record refunds
Participate in the continual development of knowledge databases to support training and other staff in Washstation's customer service team
To support the work of the operations team
Raise jobs in the service management system, as required

Work remotely

Must be able to travel to Stratford-UponAvon for training.

Job Types:

2 x Position 21 hours per week.

Schedule:

Term Time Shifts:

Monday to Friday: 4pm to 9pm.
Saturday, Sunday &

Bank Holidays: 9am to 2pm

Saturday, Sunday &

Bank Holidays: 2pm to 6pm

Non

Term Time Shifts:

Saturday, Sunday &

Bank Holidays: 10am to 1pm and

Saturday, Sunday &

Bank Holidays: 1pm to 4pm

Education:

GCSE (preferred)

Experience:

Customer Service Experience: 2 years (preferred)
