Exciting opportunity to lead the Administration of a growing department within Ashley & McDonough.


Supervise the Helpdesk Team ensuring all colleagues deliver a helpful service acting act as the first contact; take ownership for these enquiries and administer their successful solution.

Oversee the planning and issuing of works to engineers, keep customers fully informed of appointments and job progress.

Ensure the helpdesk team own specific areas of work and support other colleagues when demand is high.

Have senior administrative experience

Microsoft Office proficient

Have scheduling experience

Excellent communicator

Customer focused

Can take administrative responsibility for the successful delivery of contracts

Understand the importance of resource management.

must have gcse or equivalent in English and maths
