Job Title:
New Homes Sales Advisor.

Location:
Based at sites around Colchester, Essex.


Rewards:
£24K Basic Salary plus Bonus and Benefits. OTE £50K D.O.E.


Working Hours:
Full time, working a 5 day a week which will include weekends, and bank holidays.


Timeline:
Immediate Interview, with a Feb 2023 start date.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Deliver exceptional customer service alongside achieving sales targets for the development.
  • Progressing sales through to completion, dealing with customers, estate agents, solicitors and clients throughout.
  • Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm to work to deadlines/targets.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:


  • Previous experience of working in Estate Agency and or the New Homes market will be necessary.
  • The ability to work towards your own targets in addition to contributing fully to the wider team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure within a target orientated environment with mínimal supervision.
  • Accurate, numerate and computer literate.
  • A team player with excellent organisational skills.
  • Must have a full UK driving licence and own transport.
