We are looking for a permanent Payroll/Accounts administrator to join our busy accounts department at our head office in Newark.

This is a great opportunity to join our well
- established team and report directly to the Financial Controller.


Day to Day duties will include:

  • Responsible for providing end to end payroll processing.
  • Processing starter & leaver files.
  • Dealing with staff queries on a daily basis.
  • Maintaining sickness and absence records.
  • Processing holiday requests.
  • Processing pension payments and maintaining pension records.
  • Submitting tax and deductions through HMRC.
  • Assisting the Financial controller with various accounts duties.

Key Requirements:


  • Have the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
  • Accuracy & Excellent attention to detail
  • Work well under pressure
  • Highly organised and proactive.
  • Payroll experience: 2 years (required)
