JOB SUMMARY
Based at our Milton Keynes headquarters, the Coordinator, Procurement, is a key player in ensuring project success.

You'll provide essential support to the wider team through managing purchasing needs, travel arrangements, goods movement requests, and handling general administrative tasks.

5 full days at our HQ offices (Unit D Mill Court, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire MK12 5EU.)


KEY TASKS

Role & Responsibilities:


  • Asist the buying team with all tasks related to procurement, including purchase orders and supplier invoices.
  • Multitask across projects, strategically combining orders to leverage bulk discounts and optimize delivery schedules.
  • Monitor purchased items to ensure timely deliveries.
  • General logistics administration duties including but not limited to, Creating Pick & Pack lists, Delivery Note/Commercial invoice creation.
  • Provide travel support, including booking flights, hotels, taxis, and other transportation based on individual needs and company policies.
  • Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and management team to ensure all orders are accurate.
  • Main point of contact for processing goods returns and repairs.
  • Coordinate warehouse logistics for receiving and dispatching goods.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers and logistics companies to ensure smooth import and export of goods.
  • Main point of contact for processing returns and repairs.
  • Manage credit card expenditure by collecting VAT receipts, ensuring all transactions are reconciled with statements for accurate expense reporting and VAT recovery.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Previous experience in fast paced environments essential.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office including a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel.
  • Willingness to adapt to and learn new technologies, including accounting software.
