Description
We are looking for an experienced Working Foreman/Woman to join our team ASAP in North London area.

As a Foreman/Woman you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a Foreman/Woman position and is familiar with high-end domestic refurbishment.

General knowledge of a range of skills, experience in managing various projects, reading drawings, listing & arranging for materials, leading & managing the team.


  • Leading and supervising a team of workers, ensuring that they are working safely, efficiently and effectively.
  • Planning and coordinating projects.
  • Conducting regular site inspections to ensure that all work is being carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and regulations
  • Maintaining accurate records of all work carried out on site.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
  • Strong communication and leadership skill
  • Full UK Driving licence (and own a car)
  • SMSTC


To be considered you will need to have - First aid, Right to work documents, Previous experience and recent references.

Working Hours Weekend Work available

Must be able to provide 2 recent work references


Job Type:
Temporary contract


Salary:
£220.00-£250.00 per day


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • North London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
