1 Year Fixed Term Training Post in collaboration with the University of Reading.This is a training role within the Children and Young People Improving Access to Psychological Therapies Programme (CYP IAPT).
The post-holder will work within the MK Sp CAMHS service providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) interventions whilst undertaking a programme of training for this role.
This intensive training post will equip the post-holder to provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to clients with a range of complex problems for which CBT is evidenced to be clinically effective.
The post- holder will work in the service for 3 days of the week using the newly developed skills whilst attending the Post Graduate Training programme at the University of Reading for the other two days.
Successful applicants will be notified on 8th December whether they have been selected for virtual interviews on 9th December.
Prior to this interview, you must have completed a self-statement for KSA criterion 4. Please see the BABCP website for guidance and exemplars.
