Logistics People are recruiting SIA Licensed CCTV Control Room Operatives to join our team based in our 24/7 CCTV Control Suite in Corby.

SIA Licence required

Immediate start available

Adavance training will be provided

CCTV Control Room Operative

Nights - 19:00 - 07:00

£12.00 p/hr

4 on 4 off rotation

Overtime available

Based in our 24/7 CCTV Control Suite in Corby

The Role;

Effectively process alarm activations and investigate
Monitor CCTV
Assist with scheduling of guarding rosters
Respond to all customer requests relating data requests or investigations
Answer all calls promptly with a high level of customer service, giving assistance to internal and external customers, including liaising with third parties and contractors, as required.
Ensure that all systems/databases are updated in a timely and accurate manner
Provide reports where necessary
Working on a 4 on and 4 off shift pattern

To be successful for the role, you will possess the following;

Decisionmaking capability
Computer literate proficient in MS Office, ability to adapt quickly to new systems
Professional in appearance and attitude
Demonstrate a high level of integrity whilst dealing with sensitive and confidential situations
Adaptable, flexible, and able to prioritise and multitask
Ability to work as part of a team
Preferably a SIA Licence training can be provided if you do not have this
A flexible approach to working hours including the requirement for covering of holidays and sickness
