We are a growing company with several multi year social housing contracts, carrying out VOID works and a large variety of external works throughout Northwest London, North London, Slough and the Hertfordshire areas.
We are currently seeking an honest, reliable and hard working individual to join our VOID team, carrying out refurbishment works to different properties within the Northwest London, North London and Hertfordshire areas.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:30, with the option to work an additional day at the weekend, if available.
Applicants must have the following:
- CSCS card (Optional)
- English Speaking
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Company vehicle and fuel card is provided
- Own tools
Duties will include:
- Kitchen and Bathroom renewals and repairs
- Flooring
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Painting and Decoration
- Tiling
- Plastering
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
From £150.00 per day

Experience:
Multi Trade: 5 years (preferred)
