We are a turnkey Health, Safety and Environmental solution provider and offer a range of support from Health, Safety and Environmental Professionals, Training, PPE provision and general support to multiple heavy industrial, energy and construction sectors across the UK.


Sales Lead Job Overview:


You will become an integral part of the team, driving the sales of our Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and additional safety equipment department, developing existing accounts as well as attracting and growing new customer sources.

The global PPE industry is an exciting and varied market to explore.

While you will be based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, at our HQ, this is a role that will see you travel to myriad innovative infrastructure and renewable energy projects nationwide.


Aim(s) and objective(s) for the Sales Lead role:

The Sales Lead will work collaboratively with our partners to deliver effective, meaningful, and sustainable health and safety solutions throughout the industries in which we serve.


Role and Responsibilities of this Sales Lead role:

  • Deliver outstanding sales results and consistently strive to exceed personal and business goals.
  • Proactively provide a worldclass customer experience to all new and existing customers ensuring longterm loyalty and repeat business.
  • Attract new partners through the generation of leads in the field, online and over the phone with inbound/outbound calls.
  • Collaborate with our internal team, active consultants on site, and partners to identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with the latest market developments and utilise such knowledge to develop new revenue streams and sector penetration.
  • Monitor and evaluate the viability of various products and services from a commercial standpoint.
  • Work alongside the internal team to develop and execute all processes that ensure operational efficiency regarding stock control and product lines.
  • Whilst this is an officebased role, there will be the regular requirement to mobilise onto construction sites around the U.K. to provide sales support, guidance and demonstrations; a willingness to travel and a valid driver's licence are therefore required.

Experience required for this Sales Account Executive role:

  • Accomplished history of understanding the needs of clients and translating this into tangible sales results.
  • Sales focused role within the construction industry or similar would be beneficial but is not a necessity.
  • Demonstrable sales experience in a customerfacing role.
  • KPI management and evidence of driving multiple KPIs to successful outcomes.
  • Experience with sales forecasting and P&L analysis.
  • Ability to understand data and business trends.
  • A track record of working in a performanceorientated environment with a focus on profitability.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in the field.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • A valid U.K. driving license.
  • Experienced in Microsoft suite: PowerPoint, Excel and Word; and familiarity with using online CRM systems would be beneficial.

Location:
Doncaster, South Yorkshire with additional travel required.


Salary:
£30,000
