Salary:
£26,000 FTE (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for a Pastoral Support Officer to join the team on a fixed term basis for 12 months.

This is a Part Time role for 18.75 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Driving licence and access to own vehicle (full travel expenses provided)

Duties of this role include:

The Pastoral Support Officer will be responsible for providing emotional, practical and pastoral support to international nurses coming to the UK.
Arranging accommodation for international staff arriving in the UK.
Supporting with setting up bank accounts, registering at GP and arranging transfers and ad hoc travel.
The role will involve assisting nurses in adapting to their new environment, managing cultural differences, and addressing any personal issues they may face
