The Trust is already acknowledged as a pioneer in the delivery of digital healthcare, with its award-winning digital care hub delivering care round-the-clock care homes, prisons and people in their own homes.

We are seeking to appoint a number of EPR Clinical Skills & System Trainers.


You will be required to plan, design and deliver complex training, advice and instruction to groups of clinical and non-clinical staff according to training needs analysis and devise complex and multi layered training plans.

You will provide co-ordination for the Learning and Development function ensuring that assigned activities are completed in accordance with the standard operating procedures and job roles.

You will also work with the eLearning Developer to ensure that face to face and eLearning solutions dovetail accurately and ensure that those involved in business change activities are constantly aware of their team commitments and in particular any changes that are essential in implementing change and training.


You will be suitably qualified possessing a degree level qualification and/or equivalent experience of working in the NHS and have experience of delivering training, either on a one-to-one basis or in a classroom environment.


You will be able to work within a multi professional team and use your influencing skills to engage and motivate others and be able to ensure achievement of objectives within a changing environment.


To be successful you will need to have implemented and delivered complex programme management techniques as well as experience of delivering training, either on a one-to-one basis or in a classroom environment.
