We have a fantastic new vacancy for Maintenance Assistant
in the excellent Maldron Hotel Finsbury Park
Objective of the Role
Main Duties Include:
- To assist and provide general maintenance.
- To ensure that all tasks relating to guest comfort, guest satisfactionare treated with utmost priority
- To undertake plumbing, carpentry, painting and mechanical work as necessary to maintain safe and efficient hotel systems
- Be aware of all Health and Safety procedures in the hotel
- Monitor utilities and ensure efficiency
- Excellent work history from the hotel sector in 12 years ideally
- Ability to prioritize in a fastpaced environment and be standards driven
- A good knowledge of Health and Safety
- Flexibility in day to day job demands, remain focused when priorities and practices changes.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Electric and plumbing qualifications would be advantageous
