Operations Administrator:
The Operations Administrator will work within a small team and be responsible for coordinating the daily driver training & vehicle compliance schedule, as well as being responsible for providing a range of accurate and industry compliant documentation.
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate a small team of forklift driver trainers. Arranging courses and customer bookings.
- Arrange customer Forklift and lifting equipment inspections.
- Produce supporting documentation and certification from both driver training & equipment inspections
- Managing all internal vehicles; services, maintenance and compliance
- Build professional and productive relationships with site managers and points of contact.
- To always deliver outstanding customer service and ensure excellent value to our customers.
Person specifications:
- Strong administration experience (Essential)
- Excellent telephone manner (Essential)
- Excellent Organisation skills (Essential)
- Material Handling Industry experience (Advantageous)
- Similar motor industry, compliance, or scheduling experience (Advantageous)
- Excellent IT skills and Windows package experience (Essential)

Role Details and Benefits:
- Location: Head Office, Unit 52 Greendale Business Park
- Full time role; 40 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday.
- 21 days annual holiday (increasing 1 day per year served, until 25 days). Plus bank holidays.
- Company pension scheme.
- Salary range £24k to £26k
