Core Responsibilities:
- Build and advise on relevant touchpoints and workflows to achieve high engagement, lead gen and revenue growth.
- Create and execute targeted and personalised campaigns across the key sectors of our business in line with the wider content marketing strategy.
- Work closely with the Associate Director of Marketing to ensure all Pardot projects are in line with business objectives
- Ensure any strategic changes are in line with sales operations, ensuring effective crossteam collaboration.
- Analyse campaign performance, measure ROI and make datadriven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to ensure our demand generation efforts are cuttingedge.
Experience:
- Excellent understanding of marketing automation strategy and testing methods
- Optimising lead management processes tracking MQLs, SQLs and ROI
- Experience working and collaborating with inhouse sales and marketing teams
- Pardot certified/Marketing Cloud is desirable but not essential
