We are looking for a self-motivated and energised colleague to work as Project Coordinator in our small dynamic team to provide the administrative, organisational and planning support to the team managing a portfolio of projects in the NHS in the London Kidney Network.


We require an enthusiastic and well-organised Project Coordinator to support the Senior Programme Manager and the Network Team to deliver projects in the London Kidney Network.


The postholder will need to have experience and understanding of working in similar support roles and have strong organisational and communication skills.


The individual must be action focused and be able to build positive working relationships with staff at all levels and across all professional groups.

This role requires an ability to work to tight timescales and to work flexibly across multiple teams and projects.


The postholder will work as part of the team to ensure the smooth running of the Network and will support the Director, the Senior Project Manager and Network Team as required or directed.

It is the largest of 8 formally mandated renal networks in England.


Set up as part of the Renal Services Transformation Programme, we support the national NHSE Renal "Transform" CRG and implementation of the 100 Renal Medicine GIRFT recommendations at London regional and local ICB level.

We work collaboratively with the the London and Surry Integrated Care Systems and the region's seven renal units.


The core purpose of the LKN is to define what good looks like; highlight variation; develop strategy and support delivery of improvement.
