Description
An exciting Customer Service Administrator opportunity has arisen working for an expanding business in Aldershot.


Your key role within the department will be to receive and acknowledge customer orders, ensuring that the client is satisfied, and any issues/concerns are escalated.

As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Processing customer orders
Monitoring orders and acknowledging customers within a specific time frame from receipt of the order
Raising proforma invoices
Dealing with existing customer enquiries
Chasing customer documents
Liaising with customers and couriers with regards to their order collections/deliveries
Answering incoming calls


Essential Skills:

Excellent customer relationship building abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised, with the ability to coordinate
Meticulous attention to detail
Good time management with smart presentation
Computer literate
Proactive with a willingness to learn
