Can you
- _Support, coach and mentor your team_
- _Support the management team and work together to create and deliver your vision_
- _Ensure standards and compliance are continuous in the manager's absence_
- _Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests_


To be considered for this position you must be at least 18 years old as it involves the sale of alcohol.

The Bedford is situated in the heart of Southampton mouth in the trendy area of Bedford Place. It's a firm favourite with the students and local sport fans as sports is shown throughout the pub.

We are well known for our hospitality, we offer, Craft Beer, Cocktails, Fresh Ales, Draught beer with food served every day.
