Eventus Legal are seeking a Legal Secretary to join the Private Client team of a well-established, multi-service award winning law firm in Kent. This is a full time, permanent position in offices centrally located close to transport links. Benefits include a generous holiday allowance, reduced rate legal fees and a bonus scheme to name a few.
Role Responsibilities
The incoming Legal Secretary will be joining the Private Client department.
The team work at a fast pace but you will be able to thrive amongst a friendly and supportive colleagues working on a range of matters such as:
- Audio and copy typing all correspondence
- Filing correspondence and ensuring files are up to date
- Arranging appointments and diaries
Person Specification
- Show a keen eye for detail
- Prioritise deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative
