Laboursite are currently looking for a resourser / trainee consultant to join our growing team in our head office in Brighton, East Sussex


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Provide support in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Assist with training and development initiatives to enhance the skills of current employees

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in recruitment or sales preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
