Recruitment Consultant IT and/or Tech

Based Southampton

Salary £22,000 to £25,000 plus OTE


Our client has grown from 3 to 25 over the last 13 years and they are now looking for the next recruiter to complement their vibrant team working within the IT and Technology space.


They know their industry inside out and it is this expertise which allows them to be the best in their field, they therefore have high standards and expectations of anyone who joins them to progress this business further.


You will need:
- interest in Tech/IT a must
- to drive and have daily use of a car to get to work
- to value self-development and career progression
- to work well in a collaborative team who support each other
- be happy working for a company that likes to give back to the local community
- to want to work for a company who have a strong market presence and high expectations of excellence
- excellent customer service skills
- good written and verbal communications skills
- strong relationship building ability
- good organisational skills
- effective time management
- ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and a good sense of humour.
