Carrier HVAC now has an opportunity for an
Order Management Administrator, based from the
Bromsgrove office. This is an initial 12 month contract, with a view of going permanent.
What will I be doing?
You will form part of our Order Management team and be responsible for resolving basic customer queries, billing complaints, obtaining customer names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers and specifications of items to be purchased.
- Answering basic customer inquiries on product availability, maintenance, and the status of orders.
- General administration support
- Resolves basic customers' service or billing complaints.
- Keeps records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Requirements:
- Previous admin experience
- Strong communication skills verbal and written
- Time management and organisational skills
- Commitment to customer service excellence and best in class results.
- Good problem solver
- Someone who is not afraid to get stuck in
- To be confident and articulate
