Position:
Assistant Caretaker (Premises & Facilities Assistant)

Salary:
£18,825 - £21,708 (depending on skills and experience including SDO allowance)**
Location: Sparsholt
Working as part of a team involving site maintenance and security duties you will work 37 hours per week.

A rotating work pattern of early (6.30 am to 2.30 pm, middle (8.00 am to 4.00 pm) and late (1.30 pm to 9.30 pm).

The role involves a 3 week rota of being on call on weekday nights (9.00pm - 6.00am) during term time.

Occasional Weekend working as required. The role includes maintaining the campus' grounds, refuse collection and porterage.
