Each summer, we upgrade and prepare our locations ready for our residents.As part of the summer team, you will be assisting the on-site team get our vibrant and modern accommodation prepared and in great shape to welcome our students in September.
The Role:
Customer Service Advisor
Working Hours:
Mon-Fri 40 hours per week (shifts between
Contract Length: 2-3 Months
Rate of Pay:
£13.21p/hr

- Working as part of the dedicated onsite team to make sure the students who stay with us always feel at home
- You will be running the front of house, ensuring that all residents and visitors have a friendly face to help them with their questions
- You will be logging maintenance requests and keeping any information on the database
- Ensuring bookings for room viewings, movein days and checkouts run smoothly
- Handle deliveries and onsite visits from contractors
- Dealing with anything from a missing parcel to payment queries
