£23,715 to £27,131 per annum


The Postgraduate Research Administrators will provide highly efficient, effective, high quality and professional support within the Postgraduate Research Service (PGR), within one of our Research Degree teams.

The PGR Service offers support to applicants, students and academic colleagues from enquiry and admissions to completion of the degree.

You must have good communication skills and be able to fulfil all essential elements of the person specification.


In addition, you must have a minimum of two A-levels at Grades A-E and five GCSEs at Grades A-C (including Mathematics and English) or equivalent qualifications or experience.

The PGR Service operates a hybrid working model. You will be expected both to work remotely and on campus with the team.

The normal expectation is that the team will work on campus regularly with remote working for the rest of the week.

Working patterns will be agreed with the line manager.

The normal working week is Monday to Friday inclusive.

One post is available from 1 February 2023 and one from 1 April 2023 on an indefinite full-time basis.
