Description

• To pick, package & dispatch food orders including maintaining relevant records & some associated admin tasks.
• Assist in food preparation & kitchen cleaning as required ensuring that our high production standards are adhered to under the supervision of the Production Manager.
• To comply with The Parsnipship's HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) Plan and to maintain production kitchen records in accordance with this plan.
• To comply with The Parsnipship's SALSA (Safe And Local Supplier Approval) standards and practices and to maintain production kitchen records in accordance with these.
• To follow the cleaning schedules for the kitchen and other areas of the workplace as directed.
• To contribute to the stock control of ingredients and of cooked products by maintaining relevant records.

• You must be physically fit, energetic and enthusiastic.
• You will have a sharp attention to process, detail and quality.
• You will be calm under pressure, quick to learn and meticulous at keeping your work environment clean.
• You will consistently contribute to the smooth running of the kitchen and slick organisation of goods in and out.
