Are you an SEO Executive eager to advance your career and enhance your skill set?

As one of Birmingham's longest-established agencies, we specialise in impactful and
creative communications that help our clients to grow. We are now looking to strengthen our
digital team with the addition of an SEO Executive who will support our delivery of key
projects to a wealth of clients across a range of sectors.

This position requires a mix of creativity and analytical skills, with an emphasis on search
engine marketing that makes an impact and drives growth. You will work with a broad range
of clients, from B2B companies to emerging consumer brands to create, monitor, and report
on paid and organic marketing campaigns.

We are looking for a team player who enjoys collaborating and can handle multiple clients in
a fast-paced agency environment. A comprehensive background in SEO is essential,
whether acquired through internships, work experience, or previous positions in-house or in
an agency.

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in SEO with a portfolio of demonstrable campaigns
• An understanding of HTML and CSS for onpage optimisation
• A passion for SEO and a commitment to staying informed about industry trends
• Knowledge of Wordpress and other web CMS platforms
• Proficiency in using popular keyword research tools
• Experience in using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to create reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying new opportunities for growth
• Finding new link building strategies and opportunities
• Performing keyword research and competitive analysis
• Understanding and implementing technical SEO audits and changes
• Developing and testing new SEO strategies
• Working on technical, onpage, and offpage optimisation
• Writing SEO optimised blog content, website copy, and online articles
• Completing website audits to highlight opportunities to improve user experience and

website functionality

• Working with the development team to ensure technical SEO amends are completed
• Monitoring performance and compiling reports for clients
