Yard Operative/ Wood Worker/ Carpenter


Location:
Stoke-on-Trent, Etruria


Contract:
Temporary to Permanent, Full Time

Working Hours: 8:00am -4.30pm Monday - Friday

As a Yard Operative you will:
Loading and unloading products via Forklift (Previous experience appreciated but not essential.)
Handling deliveries arriving.
Completing general yard, warehouse duties, order picking and processing.
Organising and lifting heavy products in a team.
Meeting & greeting customers on site when collecting orders.
Maintaining professionalism throughout the job.
Liaising with colleagues and managers.
Organising goods in and goods out efficiently and correctly.
Maintaining a safe working environment by complying with policies and procedures set by the company management.
Working towards deadlines.
Desired skills as a

Yard Operative:
Time management and organisational skills.
Ability to work towards deadlines.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
Manual handling.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£7.00-£14.00 per hour
