(unqualified) based on 6 sleeps per month

Starting at £20,000 per annum plus £75 per sleep in)

Job Description_

We are currently looking for Residential Support Workers to look after children and young people in our care homes the North West of Lancashire

Experience & Requirements_

  • Full Drivers licence
  • A good sense of humour, initiative, integrity & honesty
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be a good team worker
  • Knowledge and understanding of children, young people, and their needs
  • A commitment to a home which provides support to vulnerable individuals and respects the individual's needs and wishes
  • Strong resilience and understanding of young people's behaviours and complexities
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) needed for all aspects of the role
  • Commitment to training and development
  • Flexible and innovative approach to working
  • Decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
